Biodiesel Friendly MB mechanic near Pasadena?

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone could recommend a biodiesel friendly MB mechanic for my '83 300td. I would like to get my fuel lines replaced with synthetic lines.

Thank You,

Steve

You don't really need synthetic lines, all you need are new ones. It's the age of the originals that cause the leaks, not the biodiesel 'eating thru'. Biodiesel doesn't 'eat thru' any fuel lines. At 20 or so years old the fuel lines have microcracks that are simply exacerbated by biodiesel use. Just find a mechanic to replace your rubber fuel lines and you'll be set.
