scam as in makes specious claims, does nothing but take your money. Like a special air purifier for your shop compressor that allows you to fill your tires with air so clean the tires run cooler and increases mileage 0.0013-45%

It could be considered as a formula that takes the "risk" out of WVO blending. However, one does not need this product to mitigate that risk if one does good research for free on WVO forums- understanding what the risks really are, and how to blend your fuel to avoid problems down the road- which does involve pump fuels and additives by the way- just not necessarily this particular additive. So I wouldn't consider it to be a seriously bad scam- by the time you buy RUG, Kero or HHO and the necessary additives, assuming your WVO is free, your blending costs would come out to at least 45 cents / gal.

The problem with WVO is 2 fold, vicosity higher than dino diesel and possibly clogging injectors from being dirty.
You can add kerosene to WVO and a product from Power Service called Diesel Kleen and accomplish the same thing as this Diesel Magic., for a lot less money. 1 quart kerosene and 2 ozs Diesel Kleen for every 3 gallons.

It could be considered that way, however the magic pink "DeeEssEEE" does not mitigate the risk of blending. Graydon Blair of Utah Biodiesel has established that fact. Cold weather will separate the gasoline from the oil with or without "DeeEssEEE".

There was a guy on another forum who posted crying because his engine won't start after using the magical diesel secret and WVO.

The replies were more or less saying that you're an idiot and that your VW TDI will need a new IP.
