I'm not sure what you mean by return lines, but I have the lines that go between the injectors and from the last (first?) injector over to the fuel filter head on my website. (Blatent plug!) I'm out of stock, but I just ordered some more. Any orders for hose kits placed now will ship out on the 14th. As for the rest of the hose, I have not had to replace them yet, so I have not looked into making a kit for it.

I've got about 15K miles on biodiesel and have only had to replace the line from the last (first?) injector to the fuel filter head.

Just bought some Trident Marine barrier lined fuel hose from a marine supply. It's USCG A-1 rated for bio diesel, & only costs a couple bucks a foot. Here's the link: http://www.tridentmarine.com/stage/fuel.htm

Trident "Barrier Lined" Type A1 Marine Fuel Hose #365

Is that the one? It doesn't say anything about biodiesel. What am I missing?

That's the one. Check out this web site:http://www.cytoculture.com/Biodiesel%20Handbook.htm#Engine%20Seals,%20Gaskets%20and%20Hoses
Look under engine performance: mechanical advantages/engine seals gaskets, and hoses

Speaking of rubber and Biodiesel, I'm burning 100% distilled mehtly soyate in all my deisels. Last month after changing a fuel filter I had a slow drip that I couldn't stop (because I didn't have a new compression washer). Unbeknown to me this drip was running down to an A/C line before hitting the ground. In three days it turned the line to mush, and wouldnt you know it, this was the one that had a working A/C system.

Injector return line size...4mm ID??

Hi and sorry to break in like this but I wanted to replace the rubber hose between the injectors...injector return lines I guess...and was looking into Viton lines but I do not know the hose size. One source says 4mm ID, another says 7MM ID and the dealerships say ask somebody else. Anybody know on an 83 300SD what size those looping (4 + 1 cap) injector lines are??

After six months of B100 use, I have just noticed that the rubber seal between the fuel tank filler neck and the car's body is starting to soften and melt. It's not really a problem unless there's a fuel spill, in which case the fuel runs down into the trunk. I suppose I should look for a replacement but not sure that part is available. Anyone know?

I have the kits in Viton, see post number 16 at the top of the page. It does not include the cap.
