With a name like "lawyer", I doubt anyone will own up to selling homebrew. You need licenses and such to do that, which are cost-prohibitive for home brewers.

Hmmm, I'll add another to the dislike list, doctors...Seems the big 4 are doctors, lawyers, IRS and any other government official....

Yeah most people aren't going to own up to selling home brew biodiesel...Most are just satisfied enough to be able to make enough for their own needs...

With a name like that, I'm not even going to offer repair advice!! Seriously, consider a new name... or occupation.

Not that I'm any fan of lawyers in general, but FLSA is what keeps employers, including municipalities, from trampling all over the menial employees

I'm one of those dreaded "employers", trampling all my people.

Believe me, I don't want to see "FSLA" or "Lawyer" in anyone's name.

Since about 1970, arguably, the trampling has come from overseas, not US employers.

I agree that the biggest threat is from outside of this country.

I still think without FSLA and unions employers would be abusing their positions.

Maybe this discussion is beyond the scope of Diesel Discussion and should be moved to a thread about politics and so on?

Regardless, it's too bad this new member to the forum was unable to find the help he was looking for.

I think he has. If you want to buy biodiesel, buy it commercially. It's entrapment to solicit homebrew.
