Condensation in 55 gallon drum of WVO.

I've got a 55 gallon drum in my backyard that I put my processed WVO so that it can settle more while it waits to be used. I put oil in it lastnight around 10 pm and I believe the oil was somewhere around 130 degrees (I'll have to double check this temp next time I process)
and I filled the drum up to about 10" from the top. I've got the sealing lid and the clamp to keep it closed so no air exchange.
This morning I open it up and there is a very light haze of a condensation on the 10" metal all the way around. Wipe it and now you can really see the droplets. I think it got down to mid 50's outside lastnight. This makes me think the condensation in a fuel tank in the winter time may be a bigger problem than we think. I'm also thinking my tank in my Mercedes will be small and I'll try and keep it full all the time. It will be easy to access and easy to top off all the time, and like the 55 gallon drum I want to be able to open it up so I can see what is going on inside.
Yikes.

Some level of condesation is expected to occur. This is another reason why its important to let the fresh oil you pour settle. Water heavier than oil, it will go to bottom.

On my drum, Ive welded at tap at bottom for draining out water. I only draw 8 inches off bottom, too. In 250 gal wvo, Ive done the crackle test on every batch and never got more than a tiny bubble. The benz has been happier ever since the switch to WVO. I pay $5 for 30 gal ($90 worth comparitive diesel) - this for delivery charge (I dont have time to keep going to restaurant). The finances certainly speak for themselves.

I doubt condensate is of importance, but let it settle, crackle test, and you will be fine.
