WVO for a 1986 190D 2.5 non turbo

Has anyone converted a 1986 190D 2.5 non turbo to run WVO in it. How did you do it and what kit did you use. I have a 1984 300SD that I converted to run with a 2 tank system and only heat the oil that is used to run down the road. The 190D presents some challanges as there is not as much room as on the the 300SD. Any information will be appreciated.
Thank you.

If I had a 190, I would probably only consider the Frybrid kit with a Flat Plate Heat Exchanger.

Seems to me the trends right now are this:
  • Use a heated fuel tank pickup (HotFox) and not heat the whole tank
  • Use a flat plate heat exchanger
  • Use two 3-port valves that are rated to high temperature (Greasecar valves)
  • Use a heated fuel filter (VegMax or a VW oil cooler)
  • For cold climates use a VegTherm injection line electric heater
  • And the one thing that hasn't seemed to change, use hose in hose
