do you mean the wagon tank strainer- I had a brass one in it stock, and the one I got as a spare at the JY was brass, but the one on fastlane looks aluminum.

the brass was the factor which made me use copper- I could drill it and solder a tube together. I dont have a mill or lathe. yet. so I would have had to pay $omeone to fab up anything else.

I have read tons about it, and I am not concerned about the 7 inches of 3/4" copper tube which is in contact with my fuel.



I dont know the thread size but I have one on hand. but no pitch gauge that would work.....
