This site says you've not heard of this before. But it sounds ....a lot... like WVO to me.

That site is floggin a magical catalyst that turns WVO into 'real' diesel that you do not have to keep warm.
I hear they also have a bridge for sale in Brooklyn.

yeah guys it's nothing but a money making hoax, any website with the whole main page full of good testimonials is just bull. i bet it's just a supply of pre-mixed methoxide for making biodiesel, not real diesel. and if it's premixed it isn't going to work depending on your supply of WVO so it may work fine at first, but over time as it takes a toll on your engine because your methoxide mixture is off, it will make problems.
