Now isnt this nice & peachy!! Kind of like "the kids grew up & finally got their own place" sub-forum !!!

Now, no ringing mom & dad at 3am (main diesel forum) when it wont run!! :D

Na, just stirring !! I truly hope this sub-forum becomes for alternate fuel use what the main diesel forum is for MB diesels!!

Maybe when some one gets to it, a sticky listing any good reports & useful links would be great. I promise to contribute positively!!

Good Luck!!

May the EPA save us. Hopefully honest people will use this sub-forum, not the dishonest people that hide, steal road taxes and/or use raw vegetable oil.

With the big move down to the land of the hippies, that will fit in real well Adam. Hope you dont plan on "cooking" up anything else !!!

WVO conversion help wanted

Hello,
I have just purchased a 92 300d for conversion, 2.5 turbodiesel. Planning a heated 2 tank custom system, HIH fuel line design. I will be using one selector switch for the supply line and a second seperate selector switch for the return.
My specific questions are:

Where should I locate the fuel line switches?

Supply: looks like right after the elbom on the clear primary filter would be a good location

Return: I'm not sure which line is the return to tank?

I have also heard about a Banjo" bolt on the filter that may need to be sealed off, please advise
