Share some vitron hose for injector return lines?

Anyone out there in our group invested in a spoll or have any extra vitron (or equivalent) fuel lines that they would share

I would like to redo the aging injector return lines on 1-2 cars, and maybe the rest of the lines under the hood.
Just looking to help a member unload extra line they have sitting around, and hopefully beat the web prices

Thanks for reading

Also looking for (1-2) good, cheap Flat Plate Heat Exchanger Unit for coolant heat into fuel lines.
(1-2) easy to wire in-line fuel pump
and (1-2) accessory coolant pump (if y'all recommend when plumbing Line-In-Line down the lenth of a wagon?)

I purchased my Viton bypass hose from Duda Diesel. 6' should be enough for a 617. It was dirt cheap. I also picked up my FPHE from Duda for a reasonable price.
You are on your own for the fuel pumps (not sure why you need it).

High Temperature Fluoroelastomer Hose (Like Viton Hose) - biodiesel safe

This FPHE is $60 and works well with the Benz 2.5-3.0 diesels.

Best of luck.

You might also look into the SAE 30R9 hose. It's viton lined, more durable, and much cheaper than solid viton. You'll need 5/16" ID hose for all the hoses and 1/8" ID for the injector return lines. Though the 1/8 isn't available in the 30R9 hose you'll have to get solid viton.

I used Trident "Barrier Lined" Type A1-15 Marine Fuel Hose #3657, which is US Coast Guard approved fuel line.
Technically the fuel line is 8mmm but 5/16" is 7.9375 so it works.

As Andrew said you will need to use Viton for the return lines as most fuel hose isn't small enough. That is what I used as well.

85 cents a foot at a local store in Bellingham, WA in May of 2009. You can probably find it at your local boating store or online.

Tygon fuel lines are also rated for biodiesel and are clear. You can get them from McMaster-Carr for about $1/foot

Guys I am frugal and a recycler, so pushing this back to the top for interest:
in case folks have extra lengths of line to share or conversion pieces new or used that they do not need...PM me what you have and best price shipped to NC
Also, love to trade you good used parts for what I need

WTB:
biodiesel rated fuel lines,
line-in-line fuel/coolant lines for the length of a wagon,
1 or 2 flat plate heat exchangers
maybe, a 12volt aux. fuel pump (for the wagon's far back tank that is already starving)

and a set of injector line wrap heaters (I can trade for a stock set of injector lines)

Thanks for all the links guys, I will go shopping soon if no one has anything on hand to share.

Pex

I have been using gray pex line from the plumbing store like you see on toilets! It has been working very well. I purchased 100 feet for $32 a few years back and replaced a hose on my Mercedes. After and year I change two more then a few month later a changed all of them that was two years ago and they are still holding up great. I heat them up to get them soft then press them on the fittings. It creates a perfect seal just like the factory hose. In fact they are very hard to get off, usually requires heat.
