I took my oil leaker off of the road because it was leaving spots everywhere I when . Beyond repair without a rebuild. I have the whole conversion kit that I just started taking out of the car. I have two switches that have been sitting a while they might need to be cleaned before reinstalled.
The aluminum tank is just assume. It have and aluminum loop welded in with the fuel pickup right in the middle. Tested to -20degree. Except below 30degrees the heater does not really blow hot. I think the grease system steels it all. Anyway the tank has bottom fuel fittings and coolant fittings. This require holes behind the spare tire but works real good once it is in. And looks real professional. It also has a fuel sender that I never hooked up because it is not need the tank is 30 practical gallons and has a visual sight gauge mounted on the side. Also has a vent line mounted on the top.
Rest of the system is straight forward. FPHE, two switches HOH with the exception of the Pex Fuel Line. But that is better then almost anything you can buy. Also cheap and easy to work with. Almost all of the fittings are push lock for easy removal.
Here is pictures of the tank. Price $500 I will install for $500 if you are local. I am off on Wed and Sat.
