I was having some fuel leakage from the thermostatic valve, deleted it, and gained relief. Now the little cavity on the motor mount is filling up again + leaks on driveway. I can only guess it's from fuel system components just above.

I'm using HPR, I imagine that's what's doing it. I'm hoping the viton will do the trick.

I have the O-rings in. I will try to get the kits together soon (hopefully by Monday) though I am currently trying to put my car back together as quickly as possible because I'm in the middle of rebuilding the turbocharger and installing non-EGR manifolds.

The kits are ready. Anyone wanting one can PM me. PayPal is easiest, but I may be able to accept other forms of payment.

Do you have more of these kits? Are instructions included, particularly for the lift pump?

So sorry to hear. Thanks for FYI.
In case anyone else needs to put together a kit, I found theoringstore website a good resource for sourcing Viton o-rings.
This is all to fix my failed emissions issue. I'll be replacing the ones in the delivery valves, shutoff valve, lift pump, fuel thermostat etc. to hopefully solve this motor's nailing / missing problem (will also be rebuilding injectors, replacing glow plugs / reaming holes and Marvel mystery soaking the pistons and valves for good measure).
There seems to be some merit in theory that ULSD harms o-rings. I wonder if my not adding diesel additive lately made things worse.
