I have a Sky Blue metalic color 300e, and there's a bird spot that has damaged the paint, and it's almost white where the poo was. Any chance of restoring this without repainting the roof?

Not to discourage you, but that does not sound promising. Use the steps that have been discussed on the topic of bird droppings and water spots. (Shop Forum's "Search" function) You may not be able to eliminate it 100% but you can likely make it much less visible.
