W201 Gasket Removal?

How do you get all of the seals and gaskets out on the 190(I have a '84) around the doors? There are other gaskets that need to be removed as well and I'm just not quite sure how to remove them. I need to get them out so I can repaint the vehicle.

Can I reuse them or do I need to replace them all with new ones? If so, how much will that run me?

Thanks.

There are several threads about this if you do a search, you can find out a lot that may help you. I'm facing the same problem with my 123. It rains inside the car nearly as hard as outside, now.
