Does anybody know how to deal with small cracks in the rubber bumper. Is there some kind of liquid rubber repair, gel or glue Also safe way to remove white paint marks .

Lots of 2 part epoxys that work very well with proper preparation and application,,, read the instructions. Paint thinner should take off the white paint marks.
