bubbling clear coat on wheel

Some part of the clear coat is bubbling on wheel.

The bubbles do not seem to spread as fast as the bubbles on steel body.

Shall I leave it as it is, or scrape the bubble off to prevent it from spreading?

well if you want to try to repair it you can. Take some 1200 grit sand paper and sand away till down to the color coat. Go get some clear and shot over it then take 2000 grit to smooth it to a factory finish.
