I have been collecting parts for my 1995 W124 and have one last item on the list. I am looking for a european trunk lid. I have German Zoll (temporary) license plates that I would like to run on not only the front, but on the back of the car under my CA plate from time to time.

A few people have advised that it would be easier to replace the existing trunk lid with one from a pre-face lift U.S. 124 sedan that has the wider indentation running across the back. As easy as that would be, I would rather make things harder for myself and probably on the pocket book and source a facelift (1994-95) trunk lid to keep the car period correct all around- facelift front end with pre-facelift trunk doesnt fly in my book!

That said, aside from ebay.uk/de etc... If anybody can reccommend a reliable source for european spec W124 body parts I am all ears.
