W123 sunroof rust

Well with all this rain we've been having my sunroof decided to leak just a little bit. I pull it all apart and found this:










I plan to grind away the rust and fill it in with fiber glass and paint it with rust proofing paint.

Looks like somebody already tried that. Use POR-15 for the paint, it's expensive, but's it the best. You can use their epoxy putty to fill it, too.

I just used POR-15 putty to fill up the holes and I used POR-15 and painted everything and then went over it with satin black spray paint. No leaks!!!
