Crooked Front Bumper - STRAIGHTENED!

My slightly crooked front bumper has been making me crazy. I initially thought the bumper shocks were bent. I removed the shocks and put them on opposite sides and the bumper looked the same. So I decided it wasn't the shocks. After much thought and some welding, I fabricated a device to allow me to make the minor adjustments. I bolted it to the car in place of the bumper shock and used a piece of pipe to do the slight bending. Before and After pictures, as well as a picture of the device are below. I am very satisfied with the results (and a pro at removing and installing my front bumper) and maybe this will help someone with a similar problem.
