A rock/ piece of broken asphalt from the highway hit my lower front bumper. The car is brand new and I've only had it for 3 days. The car is black and the damage although very small is still visible. The damage is about 1 inch in diameter or less and maybe 1/4" deep. I believe the rock grazed the bumper hard. There are no dents or cracks just a white composite showing from the exposed bumper. I'm thinking it could be filled, smoothed out, and painted. I'm wondering how much this would cost and how long it would take to fix.

Any comments would be appreciated.

If it's not torn, the proper repair would to overhaul the cover, fix it, refinish it off the car and reassemble it. My shop would charge $750-1000, depending on how muhc repair was needed. plazamotors.com
