How much can I expect to pay to fix this rust spot?? PICS

I have 2 bubbling rust spots, one is obvious, the other one is very small, above the upper right corner of the license plate.

If I get this done professionally, how much can I expect to pay? I'm getting multiple estimates but wanted to hear what you guys have to say first. thanks

I would charge around $500. The whole deck lid needs to be detrimed, possibly new emblems bought, and clearcoat the whole panel.
