Los Angeles Paint Job options

Anyone know of a good, affordable shop?

My paint job is awful. PO got what looks like a $200 job at MAACO. I am actually considering doing a Scheib or MAACO job BUT prepping the car completely myself (removing moldings, emblems, grill, etc + a wet sand to make sure all the nicks are gone), getting the top service (so I will have an actual clear coat put on!), as well as doing a good buff job once it is all done with some Klasse or something similar. I mean its a $5000 car, the paint on it now is terrible, and this half DIY option seems the best option financially.

That said, any indys in Los Angeles that could do me better in the $1000-1500 range?

thanks

Paint Job

Why not take a ride to your local trade school and talk to the instructor or some of the guy's there maybe they can help. i did a few jobs when i went to school and the usually have a full working shop or sign up for the class
not much more to do after you do all that to the car your self might as well paint it too.
