E320 hood on a 300CE?????

Would the 94 e320 hood fit on my 1992 300ce. Both w124, but I currently have the European Depo lights on my 300ce. Would I have to change my headlights to the 94 e320 headlights to fit that extra piece of hood that comes down over the radiator or will it just sit over.

Below is what I want put together.
