You are probably SOL on a coupe. You will probably need to get that from the dealer or someone like Rusty Cullens ( who can get you dealer parts)

I would imagine any used ones are no better than what he already has. I'd like to find the same thing, maybe at an upholstery shop. It leaks air at speed, close to my ear.
It's all one piece I think, felt like on the inside, and rubber on the outside.

Windlace???

I am not sure what it is called but the rubber piece that is on the outside of the window. It has a six inch split in it at the roofline bend near the windsheild.

windlace is the fabric covered gasket.. I'll look in EPC and see what you have for the coupe

I think might be what you need

Part # - A 123 720 01 54 ( left side)
- A 123 720 02 54 (right side)

then there is another one that is a small rubber strip ( rubber pad in EPC)

Order by the Meter

# - A 000 987 54 60

Felt? does it match the interior color? If so that would be the windlace.. which is expensive... My friend is getting a 280CE in.. for parts.. I'll see if the windlace is good and if he is selling.

you could try to repair it with medium CA glue. (crazyglue) get "medium" from a hobby shop it does not set instantly, it gives you about 15 seconds to adjust, and it can fill small gaps

Email Phil. I just bought a set from Phil and installed them last weekend in my coupe. Nice to have that old crumbly rubber out of there!

What kind of dough did those run you?

I'm looking for one for my passenger side.

Anybody know where to get the rubber scrapers that run along the top edge of the door/base of the window? Especially for the rear windows...

Here's an aftermarket source:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/MERCEDES-W114-W115-COUPE-DOOR-WINDOW-SEAL-250CE-280CE_W0QQitemZ130317333805QQcmdZViewItemQQimsxZ20090708?IMSfp=TL090708181001r33676

Don't know if it is any good or not, but considering the price it might be worth trying.

That link is for a listing for the previous body style. He also sells the W123 versions but it is what it is - not OEM. Caveat emptor.
