w123 rust damage help

I have some crazy rust on my new 80td,some of the worse is on the hood directly in between the wipersmi see ribets but im not sure if that whole part comes appart so i can replace it?

DOnt think so but you are gonna have to make patch out of sheet metal. Cut out of the bad part and weld the patch in. Make it so wasnt repaired either.
