remove rear bumper cover

1992 300e
I have a bit of rust on the rear quarter where the rear bumper cover meets the quarter panel just behind the wheel well opening. How do I remove or drop down the bumper cover to get access to where the two meet.

On my w123 the heads of the bolts are inside the rear hatch area behind the side walls. I'm sure you will need to access them from inside the car. You probably have some plastic interior panels that need to be removed in the trunk and then you will have access to the bolts. Good luck.
