Need advice on coating inside rocker panel....

I'm working on the old rust bucket again and have a question. I have about three holes in my rocker panels. Before patching them I want to spray the inside with POR 15. I don't have any kind of an air compressor etc. and frankly don't have the money for anything like that right now. Cosmetics are not important either. What are my alternatives? Thanks,JEFF

How about using a deck sprayer? The kind you pump up manually...
You might have to thin out the POR-15 though.
