SEL door panels in a 300SD?

hey guys, i was just wondering if the door panels from a 420SEL would be suitable replacements for the worn shoddy ones in an '83 300SD.

Rear doors are inches bigger than the SD.

380SE or 300SE are your best bet, 300SEs will be the best as they are still around for the most part.

Your best bet is to look for the interior from a late 300SE or 350SD Much nicer looking.

I have seen two 350SD in about the last six years. One was black with a bad bottom end (shock!) and one runs around town that is Impala Metallic.

OP, I have a complete 1991 300SE if you want to buy the car. Interior is nice, it is grey.
