89 300ce sagging drivers door

hi,the body lines between my drivers door and fender and rear body lines are off by approx 1/4" my door sags low on the end where it locks to body,is there a way the hinges can be loosened, then the door lifted higher, then retighten the bolts, also the lower moulding on drivers door is poping out on lower right corner,it appears the plastic clip retainer is broken,or the moulding is cracked, can it be appoxied or do i need all new clips with new moulding.any help will greatly be appreciated, cuz the weather seal isnt sealing correctly.

On the W123, you can do exactly that. Open the door all the way, there are two bolts on each set of hinges, loosen, reposition, tighten, check, repeat as necessary.

Can't help you with the trim, but you should be able to tell pretty easily if you take it off. Off course you can epoxy it, but in MA, I don't know if you'd want to because you're eventually going to have rust to deal with and epoxy makes than difficult.
