How do i find my paint code?

I have a screwed up VIN # that doesn't allow the dealer to bring up the car's info. So how do i find out the paint code for my benz? I do believe that this car has seen a second coat of paint at some point in time. There is evidence of blue over spray on the window gaskets.

Aren't there two different numbers; one on the door jam and one by the radiator? IIRC one of them doesn't work. You might try the other one.

this is the number found on the A pillar and on the door jamb. If anyone can find the paint code using this VIN # i would very much appreciate it. The dealer and the russian site cannot find this VIN #. If there is another way of finding the paint code please let me know.

Thanks in advance.

on your radiator support there is a plate with a bunch of 3 and 4 digit numbers. the paint code is in there.
search here for paint code, and there is a thread with a link to the MB paint code list, find the code in your plate, and bobsyourunkle, you have your paint code.
