99' E300 rust/repaint questions

Fellas,
I have a 99' E300 that is starting to show signs of rust on each corner of the front fender which faces the doors. I believe this is a pretty common area to get rust. My old W201 190D had the same rust spot problem.
I have addressed this problem once before, and it has now come back. The first go-around I didn't replace the body panel. It was just a filler patch.
For my next repair, I will be purchasing new front fenders to paint and install.
-Shoud I spray some POR-15 on the backside of each new fender prior to installation?
-Any other tips on how I can prep this area of my car prior to dropping it off at the body shop?

Here are the fenders I am considering buying: Replacement M281-PLK Fender | Auto Parts Warehouse

Has anyone used this brand before? Any knowledge of the quality? Thanks,
