Trim pieces and the rubber underneath

My 95 e300d has a few pieces of stainless trim around the windshield. There is rubber material under the trim - looks to be molded to the stainless somehow. The rubber is hard, mis-shaped and not doing a good job of sealing. Is the rubber replaceable or do I need to order entirely new trim? Two of the pieces start at the hood hinge, travel up the window pillar, and over the roof - so they're quite long. Thanks.

The windshield steel piece w/rubber is sold by the meter, The long pieces w/rubber I was told are not available from the mb dealer separately. I could be wrong, maybe someone else can chime in with something better.
