Rocker panel/floor dented inwards

I had to take my car to a local garage where a freind works for an oil change because I hurt my back - on the lift he noticed that the floor beneath the right rear door was dented inwards. He then checked the door alignment and surely the rocker panel rubber weatherstripping and door cladding are missing each other by about 1/4 inch at the farthest point on the rear door.

He also noticed some very slight buckle under the rear seat area where the C lock pump is housed. He also did a simple test to fill up the car with air from the shop fan and a makeshift duct. Surely that door was leaking air right at the bottom because the weatherstripping is not actually contacting the metal.

Is this job a very expensive one, It should not require any paint or finishing..

I never noticed that fault but it seems the car hit a curb quite hard in its life. The only reason it caught his eye was he was checking the car for any other problems as I had asked him to do.

Is the dent straight upward along the bottom of the sill? a photo would help alot..

I'll take a picture of under the car - when the pain in my back somewhat goes down, In the picture you can see that the plastic rocker panel is going upwards towards the rear of the door as the rubber weatherstrip kind of disappears, the dent is in the floor about behind the jack point.

any bodyshop with frame equipment should be able to pull that back without having to repaint anything.. Don't let the term "frame equipment" scare you, just simply a hydraulic ram pulling the dent out...
