Interior swap (W201)
 

Long time lurker, first time poster.

Anybody done or heard of anyone doing a complete interior swap?

I'm looking at a nice W201 but it's got the wrong interior color, and think there's at least one full tan interior between a couple of other 190s in nearby yards -- and there's always the 'net.

The seats are easy, but I'm wondering what I'll need to do for things like the door panels, carpet, dash, kick panels, headliner, etc. Figure that it'll be easier and less costly than a color change repaint, but am known to underestimate the difficulty of projects once in a while. (Barely ever, honest.) What are your guys' experiences?
