MB 300SDL Suspension: Trailing ARM Bracket

2 Attachment(s)
Greetings ALL,

Respectfully Is there any 300SDL owners that can provide some insight
and direction regarding my 1986 MB 300SDL Suspension?

Q: Can anyone provide some insight as to a vendor source for this "rubber-bracket" assembly part and or it's correct part name ?

for the passenger side, front trailing arm ?

+ (My verbal description may be in accurate)

As you can see I am looking at replacement, re securing and re fabricating
the related structure and mounting structure ..

Thanks for the insight, direction and responses in advance.

Answer

That is the sway bar and mount.

There are multiple weld panels in that area (both sides of the chassis).
If you can weld, all of this can be free formed as multiple panels.
Most body shops can weld the bulkhead, then simply spot weld the two

The bulkhead is MB# 1266200708

Some of what may need to be removed (depending on the shop) for correct repair:
#1. The dash board.
#2. The climate control box.
#3. The bulkhead insulation.
#4. The fuse box.
#5. The brake vacuum booster.
#6. The false bulkhead.
