94 e320 with wheel damage easy fix? or part car out

Not sure if worth fixing or just parting my baby out...frame damage.?
Wheel is tilted in , took off wheel found a bent tie rod arm took it off but still cant get wheel strait enough to put new one in its like its locked tilted in any ideas? I can move car but wheel has massive tilt inward

That wheel is probably buckled in from one or more arms in the back being bent in - replaceable with new parts, The body looks very workable - very very workable if you can find any W124 donor to slice that quarter from.

I only found 1 rod bent . Do you suggest just removing all the tie rods I believe its 4 of them. I bought the kit....how much would your estimate be? Insurance gave me 3600 total loss.
