Wet floor W126
I've seen all the posts about water leaking into a W123, but what about the W126?
I have water dripping into the driver's footwell after a rain. Passenger side is dry. I removed the cover on the driver's side at the base of the windshield, and the only hole is the drain into the fender area--no rust-no other holes. Is it possible/ likely that water can be coming in from the w/s/w transmission or something in the center part of the cowl? What other source of water is there? and how can I fix it?

Just wondering if you ever had a resolution to this. I do realize that the thread is 9 years old , but I believe you still have the car?

Do you have this problem.? If your car as aircon check the water drain pipes the exit the heater matrix .They get knocked off or perish over time the pipe comes down into the floor pan on each side of the passenger and drivers foot well .
