123 wagon rear quarter replacement

Anybody ever undertaken splicing a new rear quarter on a wagon, including the tail light area? I have a wagon with a 648 swap that got hit in the rear quarter and I am debating whether to fix or pull the motor and 722.6 and send it to the junkyard. The whole car basically needs to be redone, so it would get paint and a new interior. Kind of a 25k project. It would be an OK runabout as-is if I could just splice on a rear quarter, though. I got more from insurance than I paid, so I might as well just bring it home and mark out some borders and start cutting, and if it looks ridiculously complicated, call the scrap guys to fetch it. Was just looking for any photos of what the inside looks like, and where to cut it.
