Is there any tips with regards to replacing the front bumper rubber strip?

I was about to start the same type thread but for rear bumper rubber, 300cd. Some parking lot fool knocked it off one side.

laying it in the sun in order to get it warm and more pliable makes it easier to manhandle it during the re-installation.
