No MB Content- Collision repair advice
I'm working on my own car that I need to straighten out after it rear ended an SUV (before I bought it). The car appears to have went under the SUV's bumper so I don't have any bumper or frame rail damage.
I do have damage to the front fender, grill and hood. The hood opens from the front. The damage to push the hood and the fender back and so that front passenger side fender rubs against the door and the hood was stuck open. I used a claw and come along to pull the hood back and lift open when I bought the car but unfortunately, whoever had the car before me had try to pry on the hood and bent it in a couple of places. The core support needs to be pulled a little and the fender needs to be repaired. Fortunately there is a repair section available for the nose section of the fender, although he rest of the fender is NLA. Does anyone have any tips on how to fix the hood? Replacements are not available new or used I've fixed light dents in the past and done some paint work but nothing this heavy duty where parts need to be repaired and not replaced.

Hoods are really complex shapes and they open and close. Fixing more than minor damage is really tough. I'd keep looking for a good one. I have a good on on my 280e you could have if you come and take the whole car.

You will need to try to remove that fender and see what will need to be sorted and then put fender back. I cant tell but is the fender damaged?
