dent and paint crack: how much do you expect?

Someone hit my car yesterday night or today morning in parking lot.

I thought I would leave it, but found there is paint crack on the horizontal surface just below rear lamp. This will make rust under the paint. If it grows big under the paint, the repair cost might be high. So I want to repair it now.
How much will it cost?

Base clear paint is very hard to spot repair if you want a perfect job. a good shop might be able to do it in that location where as a spot repaired in the middle of a large panel usally means that the whole panel must be repainted.Good paint body work is never cheap............
