I've had good luck with Mark at Benztek on Speedway east of Swan. If you need a pretty shop with an espresso bar and leather seating, this is not your place.

Great MB service in Tucson

Try European Service at 2440 N First Ave 520-321-1640.They are competent and HONEST and they know older MBs better than most anyone

Dearing Automotive over on West Ft Lowell is also a good place for German imports.

Is Keith Brooks still the owner of European Service?

When I lived in Tucson back in the late '90s he was. Those guys *really* knew their way around a Benz.

Bart at Group One Motorwerks

Bart is awesome. He just did a radiator RnR, Alignment, and Climate Control fix. Really appreciates the 123s and 126s, goes above and beyond. Another shop mentioned in this thread blew me off when I asked them to fix the Climate Control.

Group One Motorwerks
Stone just north of the northwest corner of Stone and Prince

I had a good experience with European Service at First Ave as well. Keith is the owner, and still working -- he did all the repairs on my car, and did quality work.

Craig's

I swear by Craig's on Grant west of Dodge. Happy to let you supply your own parts. Craig and Bruce both seem to rely on their good mechanic sense and back-to-basics diagnostics to get to the heart of the problem. And willing to talk to you about what they did. A shop where they really seem to like what they do.

Tucson service

Got to put in my two-cents on European Service even though I haven't been to the other shops---they may be good as well. I've taken my vintage Benz there 3 times over the last 2 years and received excellent service and repair at fair prices. No bait and switch there.
