Independent mercedes service center Antioch, CA ( review)

I went to the shop in antioch today, Ian the guy I dealt with was very nice, and very helpful. He changed the trans filter and gasket
( $250 plus tax) Answered a TON of questions ranging from the hp chip for mercedes, k and n filters, the amp, and a bunch of other stuff.

I'm happy with the shop and will continue to go there. I'm taking the car back on tuesday so they can see whats wrong with the cigarette lighter, and he's going to check out the amp also. Also he was able to print out a sheet about all the options that came with the car, and next week he said he could get a vmi for me.

But I recomend this place and I'm definitely happy with the work and service and how friendly and helpful they are.

What is the name of the shop?

A post like this probably belongs in the Good Shops section.

Good going, Will. I'm glad they are competent and treat you with respect.
Owning a Mercedes like yours is a serious business, and money can't afforded to be wasted on botched or unnecessary repairs.

Is there some way you could repost your recommendation to the "Good Shops" (California) section below?

There aren't too many really good Mercedes Benz shops for Northern California as you know, and the members and visitors in Northern California will be looking in the "Good Shops" section.

The shop would appreciate it too I'm sure. Everybody would win, thanks.

Just to update I went back there yesterday and had my cigarette lighter fixed ( I guess one of the wires came loose) and they fixed my abs/asr light from coming on ( break light sensor was bad?) overall I was happy and decent price it seems like $218.00 for parts and labor out the door.

The guys there are pretty cool and know me by name now and really talk a lot about mercedes and my car giving me a lot of good info.
