Bad experience at Paul Frei's Mercedez & Auto Repair, Phoenix, AZ. More harm than fix, had to call police to retrieve vehicle.

Some details would be helpful.

Ron's (Scottsdale European) is trash. I took my car in to get a hose replaced and they ended up telling me I needed a new water pump and extras.

Got car back and the hose I specifically asked to be replaced was not even touched. After getting car back , it initially ran hot. They could not diagnose the problem although, to their merit, they did replace the hose I originally asked to be replaced without charge. Since then, I have numerous problems and the car is way worse then when I took it in.

The PR guy Jack will promise gold but you end up getting delivered crap. They do not know what they are doing.

Bad choice.
