Any recommendations for Reno?

Just bought $1000 w116 300SD, want the car gone over professionally for bugs in the system - post purchase inspection.

Answerin my own question to benefit the community, can HIGHLY recommend:

Michel Bros.
608 E. 5th St.
775-329-1356

Excellent independent specialists like small family owned business, decades of experience workin exclusively on MB's. These guys speak our language, straight shooters and excellent people.

Jumping in here late, I know, but I've always had very good experiences with Stuttgart Motors in Reno. They've generally been on the up-and-up with me and repairs nearly always end up costing less than I feared.

That said, Michel Bros. are straight-shooters, too. Haven't had any direct dealings with the dealership here in town, so I can't speak to their work.

I had Michel Bros. convert my 300D from automatic to manual. I thought the price was a tad high, but the work was done right and in a surprisingly timely manner. I would use them again.
