Scottsdale European is the best shop I've ever been to.
Ike Naftali is the owner there, and he's the most thorough
and honest mechanic I've dealt with.

He was able to fix both my 300D (bad AC / vacuum issue)
as well as my 1954 Buick Special (needed valve job).
