Hey, was wondering if there was any up to date meetups in the Los Angeles area for old Merc diesels?

I have a 1980 300SD and would enjoy meeting likeminded people.

Yes ~ there's a nice guy named George who occasionally puts on a GTG at the McDonald's on Foothill Blvd. in.....?La Canada ? not far from Lowel Av .

I *think* it was yesterday or maybe to - day, I've been out sick with the cruds and so lost track .

Thanx to all whom showed up yesterday, it wasn't too hot and of course ice tea and coffee slurpees from the $tarbuck$ right there, some very nice cars showed up, you alls oughta give these meets a try, they're easy freeway accessible, from Downtown L.A. ir Glendale just cruise North on Ca. Rt.2, from the S.F.V. go East on the i210, from the Eastern parts of the S.G.V. go West on the i210....

Thank you ~ oddly enough the bottom of the flier wasn't showing before and the reply I got after RSVP'ing didn't have the address either .

Now I guess I'll have to WASH the damn thing .

This Sunday I'm taking it on a long back roads drive to Carpenteria with my grand son and a buddy in his 1967 MGB GT R.H.D., we'll just open all the windows and enjoy the fresh air...... (''4/60 Air conditioning" knowhutimean ? )

Anyone wants to join us meet @ 08:30 Sunday in the 7-11 parking lot just off the i210 freeway, Osborne exit then North two blocks on Foothill Blvd .
