As the owner of a shop (motorcycle repair and performance, so I let other people do the "hard" stuff on my cars), I have a unique perspective as to good and bad shops.

This guy is the real deal. A small (basically one guy and a couple helpers) shop that does Mercedes and BMW only - he is fully factory trained. More importantly, he is honest and his prices are quite reasonable.
