Henneken on Marine Dr. Vancouver changed ownership long time ago. That is what I heard from other shops. Ever since the guy Hans took over it. Quality of service had been terrible. You should consider yourself lucky if you get anything good out of them. I don't consider fluid changes and brakes will go anything wrong there. For other repairs, you are in a lucky draw. That's right. Their diagnostic skills are horrible. They just random pick some parts and replace them. If that doesn't fix it, they just point it at some other parts. Rip you off for more money. The cars you see there are probably customers coming back because the 1st repair didn't fix their problems. My experience with them has been bad. I can't disclose what they did as I am still contemplating what my legal options are against them. The bottom line. It does mean something when you hear complains from other people. I shouldn't have neglected them at the 1st place. Stay away from Henneken Auto if you want a happy ending to your car and your wallet.
