I second that last post about McNally. I have known him for at least 5 years now, and have never been disappointed with the service. I have sent friends there; they are yet to complain either.
About Forli on the other hand, I can't say the same. I did hear from customers who were very dissatisfied with his prices and service. Better yet, make up a problem, call for diagnosis and pricing. Test it out, don't listen to strangers. :-)
Charly has expanded his operation from 1 bay 5 years ago to 4 bays currently.
You can't do that without a loyal, satisfied customer base.

McNally now has a 20 bay shop. He does cars from dealers too. Sometimes Merecedes dealers also send him cars that they cannot diagnose.
